Description

Connect Intercom to AdaL to bring your customer support data into your coding sessions. AdaL can search conversations and contacts, look up companies, and read your Help Center articles. Ask it to pull every recent conversation that mentions a bug before you start fixing it, or to summarise what a customer reported. It can also draft or update help articles and add internal notes to a conversation once a fix ships. You only see the workspace data your Intercom account already has access to.
